The Community Hall consists of a large hall, a committee room, a modern kitchen and toilets (including disabled facilities). It is popular with both regular and occasional users – if you would like a look round, just contact Lynn, our friendly Booking Officer, on 07763 446902.

The main hall (8.7m x 16.4m) is light and airy and can hold up to 200 people standing. Seated, for a performance, a maximum of 120 persons are permitted. The hall is suitable for most celebratory parties e.g. wedding receptions, children’s parties, anniversary parties, birthday parties as well as dances, large meetings, concerts, refreshments etc. There are 120 chairs, 15 trestle tables for 6-8 people each and 8 cafĂ©-style tables for 4.

The Committee Room (3 m x 4 m approx.) is much smaller and seats 8 people comfortably around a table. It is intended for small group meetings but, when the whole complex has been hired for a large function, the Committee Room has variously been used as a cloakroom, a buffet room and a bar.

The kitchen is spacious and modern with two full-size ovens and a 6-ring ceramic hob, a fridge, a dishwasher and a double sink. Crockery and cutlery for over 120 place settings are provided.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the hall

Outdoor grassed space can also be made available, but only by prior arrangement.

There is ample parking for 30+ cars as well as 2 dedicated spaces for disabled drivers.
